Healthy planet, healthy you
Nature is a massive part of balance - that’s because plants, animals, and the natural environment have a massive positive impact on your health and wellbeing. And it’s very difficult for us to be healthy if our planet isn’t healthy. We need it in good shape to provide us with clean water and nutritious food, and we need access to healthy natural spaces to help look after our minds and bodies.
In these blogs, I cover everything from gardening, Lou’s love for (and ever-growing) house plant collection, the benefits of getting out into nature and spending time with wildlife (including, of course, your wonderful pets). And, most importantly of all, I’ll look at the habits we can all work on to help save our beautiful planet.
