Balance has always been about far more than being fit or getting a six-pack. I always intended it to be something that could help anyone, whatever their age, fitness level, or goals.
Feeling healthy - in mind and body - and helping you to live a full, happy, purposeful life is a huge part of the work I do. Right now I’m working with clients who have had joint replacements and don’t want to let that stop them from doing the things they love, clients well into their 80s who simply want to be able to take care of themselves, clients managing the stresses and strains of busy modern lifestyles, clients recovering from injuries and surgery who want to move freely without pain, and clients living with a range of medical conditions, from high blood pressure and cholesterol, to back pain and arthritis.
Whether you’re looking to prevent health issues in the future, or you’d like to manage an existing medical condition, there are plenty of healthy habits we can work on together that will give you the quality of life that you’re after.
